Not sure if you guys are into philosophy. I'm not PhD here lol. But I enjoy it.

One of my own personal philosophies is that life is pretty boring. Not a bad thing personally. Not boring as in painfully uninteresting, but mundane.

For example, you're childhood. You had a routine, you did the same things mostly. Adulthood gets similar, you clock into work out, get home, eat dinner, may enjoy some leisure time. Weekends come, you have your set hobbies. There may be some variation there. A vacation. A baby shower, wedding, etc.

But it's mostly the same.

So, I think that's OK. I don't want life to be some soap opera of ups and downs. That sounds stressful.

I'm 45, I was one of the first kids in my class to read. I used to read a book at least every week, if not every 2 days, since I could. I have hundreds of books on my shelves. I used to write books. I was the reader of the family. I listened to reading podcasts.

I have only finished two books since I bought my first iPhone, the 6S back in the day. Years.
