The reason I originally posted it non-sourced and attributed to Labour is because that's how it was shared with me, by people who very much have a personal stake in all this.

The body type thing is such a vapid corporate enforced nonsense. Characters in the game will address you as either male or female depending on your body type so literally what is the point? You don't pick a body type, you pick a gender.

This, not current states of law, are what the power of patriarchy operates as.

My hormone level is the same as pre-menopausal cis women, so my biological sex is female as far as I'm concerned. Birth certificate is the assumed biology based on one factor at birth.

Hormone levels don't decide your sex. And even if this was true, you wouldn't produce those levels naturally so you'd still be biologically male.
