When I have bouts of insomnia I sometimes go night walking and, unironically, prep for something to go down. But nothing happens. Once I saw a young guy smoking weed, hiding in some bushes, feeding a rat. That’s the extent of it.

I recall that one Batman story where Bruce goes out to be a vigilante but there’s no crime. Alfred remedies it by becoming the Joker to give Batman something to do.

I used to get drunk in order to fall asleep and I would end up walking around the city and climbing buildings.  And then I would do full on leaps across alleyways like some cop movie from the 70's.  On these roof tops I would then break into bars with rooftop plazas.  The amount of them with unlocked doors was near 100%.  I would go down look around and never steal or take anything.  Now I look back and wonder if that's why no police ever came for me.  This was prior to the ubiquity of motion sensing security cameras but I'm sure I was recorded.  Maybe the police said, he didn't steal anything so at most we can charge him with blah blah, just lock your doors from now on.

For those intrigued by ClothedMac's story, you would be absolutely shocked how many city buildings have unlocked doors in the back on the ground floor, propped open, incorrectly shut, and so on.

If you ever wanna do some mild-stakes trespassing for shits and giggles, you will be surprised how many opportunities are out there.

I cannot contribute any further information about jumping across rooftops and clambering up walls like Assassin's Creed though...that part is well beyond the self-imposed mild-stakes limits of my own exploring.

The people in the comments are such idiots.  He wasn't mocking "whites" for being poor - he was mocking antisemitic and racist whites that go to those rallys and chant, "Jews will not replace us" as being simple and working menial jobs.  By far the most obnoxious thing about the modern culture war is the race to be portrayed as a victim.

After I was in Europe for a while and I was back home I was searching for a place to dump a load.  In Europe they had public spaces restrooms available all over.  I tried to go into a building to urinate and I got lit up and the cops pulled me in for B and E.  They then sat me down in the "Chair" and yelled at me for 30 minutes.  I cried as they told me what an idiot I was and then they dumped me out later in an alley way. 




It was years later and when I realized how stupid I was.  But you do a lot of stupid shit in your 20's that you some times don't get arrested for.  One time I evaded the cops and a nightly girls softball team hid me under their uniforms and we all celebrated me not being arrested

Those tables in the background made it look like it was in a regular prison but there was way too much shit lying around so I was confused. 

I feel bad for you if you had to sit in that thing. They're pretty gross cuz they never get cleaned.
