There's sites and forums that collect up this stuff, if it's reasonably popular just Google it with "sampled" or "samples" and one of those will turn up. That's where I found a bunch of those songs I posted a few pages back that all seemed to use the same clock sample. I heard it in two songs and was like "is this the exact same?" and some music forum knew. Guy even guessed what sample collection DVD it came from.

Reddit sometimes knows, like the Oasis Reddit asking if it was sampled from something linked to that same forum thread that came up so that sort of confirmed I should look at it.

Wikipedia sometimes lists these, like covers, but it usually has to be something pretty popular or has a fanbase that writes Wiki entries for every song. Like The Beatles seem to have a page for every song you could randomly think of.
