Marilyn Manson is appealing the dismissal of his defamation lawsuit against ex-fiancee Evan Rachel Wood - claiming she forged an FBI Ietter as part of a scheme to falsely accuse him of sexual assault

In new legal documents obtained by TMZ Manson has argued his lawsuit against the actress should never have been thrown out - and claims he has proof she and on-off romantic partner Illma Gore  forged an FBI letter that accused the rocker of being under investigation for sexually abusing women.

Manson also accused the pair of distributing fictitious letters 'attributed to a real-life federal agent and included a forged signature and fake phone number for that agent' warning his accusers of being endangered.

The complaint states the FBI agent listed on the letter confirmed she did not author or approve the note and claimed she had no knowledge of its existence.

Manson also claims Gore orchestrated a swatting incident against him on February 3, 2021 by sending police to look into him under false pretenses. This was shortly after Wood came forward with her abuse allegations.

On that date, Los Angeles police were notified by the FBI that Gore, identifying as a friend of Manson, had expressed concern for the musician's safety after she had reportedly been unable to reach him.

'[Gore's] report was false. [Manson] was at home with his wife and a guest and not in any danger. Gore knew her report was false—she and Warner have never even met. She has never been Warner’s “friend,” and had no basis to believe Warner posed any risk of danger to himself,' the complaint states.

Denzel Washington reportedly got into a heated argument with Sean 'Diddy' Combs following a night of partying back in 2003.

A source revealed to Us Weekly that the Oscar winner, 69, once got into an argument with the disgraced rapper, 54, that resulted in shouting.

Costco is expanding the collection of precious metals it sells, with the addition of platinum.

The big-box chain is now selling Swiss-made 1 oz. platinum bars for $1,089.99 on its website, but a Costco membership is required for purchase. The bar features Lady Fortuna, the Roman goddess of prosperity, according to the manufacturer’s website.

Costco is trying to replicate its recent success with gold bars, with platinum joining the extensive list of precious metals that collectors are snapping up at the retailer.

In 2023, it began selling gold bars and sold more than $100 million worth of the bars during the first quarter of that year, the company said in its earnings report. Then, earlier this year, Costco started selling silver coins for the first time, at a price of $675. The coins are non-refundable, and members can purchase a maximum of five.

A student of Class 2 was killed as part of an alleged “sacrificial ritual” performed by the owners of his school in Uttar Pradesh’s Hathras district to make it more “prosperous”, State police said on Friday (September 27, 2024).

Police said the incident took place at DL Public School, when owner Jasodhan Singh, who is said to believe in ‘tantrik’ rituals, asked his son Dinesh Baghel, the school’s director, to sacrifice a child for the “prosperity” of the school and his family. The school had a low number of students enrolled in the classes, and Mr. Singh had also taken a loan for starting the residential school, which is located in Rasgwan village in the Sahapau area of the district.

Besides the owner and director of the school, the principal and two teachers identified as Laxman Singh, Ramprakash Solanki and Veerpal Singh, respectively, were also arrested for their alleged involvement in the killing that took place on September 23, they said. A murder case has also been registered.

According to the police, the post-mortem report of the child, identified as Kritarth, revealed that he was strangled to death.

Hathras Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Ashok Kumar Singh said that on September 23, the student was abducted from the school’s hostel by Ramprakash Solanki, Dinesh Baghel, and Jasodhan Singh.

They took the student to a secluded place for the sacrifice, but the student woke up and began crying, the officer said, adding that they strangulated him in a hurried manner. “Another teacher, Veerpal Singh and school principal, Laxman Singh, were also present at the spot and were guarding the place,” he said.

The police said the child lived in the school’s hostel that is located inside the school premises. Basic Education Officer (Hathras) Swati Bharti issued an order to shut the school and issued an order for an inquiry into the matter, following which, a case will also be registered with the police on the alleged negligence. She said the school ran without permission for Classes 1 to 8 and that the hostel was running illegally.

Before the incident, there was a plan to sacrifice another child on September 6, but it failed after that boy raised an alarm when he was being strangulated. When the boy underwent a medical examination later, it was found that an attempt was made to strangle him.
