I think its pretty telling about 'narratives' how inconceivable it is to people that immigrants who jumped through all of the hoops and bureaucracy to legitimately gain citizenship aren't automatically huge fans of people who skipped all that process and are going for the exact same entry level jobs, and that those same people who earned that citizenship via the official channels also didn't immediately backdoor their entire clan into the country on fraudulent visas.

Like, those are some pretty fucking racist assumptions being made about the 'community' and how law abiding they are in general.

Sometimes harm needs to happen for people to realise the consequences of their actions. Innocent victims are everywhere and that's awful. However, it shouldn't preclude anyone from laughing at stupidity.

The Palestinians in Gaza are currently suffering the consequences of voting for Hamas. It's tragic for the innocent victims, but pretty fucking hilarious when you consider those that made that choice in the first place.

It's also fucking hilarious that the so-called compassionate side are the ones dobbing in illegal immigrants after they were the ones advocating for those people to be allowed to remain. 

The whole situation is fucking hilarious because they're all hypocrites and laughing at hypocrites is the funniest shit you can't do.

hamas got less than 45% of the vote, which was marginally more than their opposition, and haven't held elections since that happened nearly 20 years ago.

Now, I don't think someone who literally sent fake electors to claim victory where they had lost should get a second shot at prez - or even have been eligible to run in the first place - but until elections start getting cancelled I don't think its comparable
