This one is more straight forward. Quality of anime has been on very steep decline since mid 2000's. Far less high quality stories like Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Mushishi, Ergo Proxy, etc, etc... but far more creepy, little-girly, big-titty fanservice junk instead.
