The part I didn’t get was that those video makers are making fun of video game Executives, but not making fun of the pizza eating audience they’re positing. There are only so many people out there willing to play downgraded graphics or indie retro graphic games.

There is an amusing space in games right now where it feels like we crossed some threshold in the One/PS4 generation where the "obvious seams" are gone and the incremental improvements have come from simply not reducing the size of stuff like textures anymore yet gamers will complain about graphics even though the next step in graphics isn't really truly available yet. Or at least simply isn't feasible on a console form factor. I don't think a lot of console-focused gamers truly understand that the gap between them and PC hasn't shrunk. What nvidia and AMD's real top of the line hardware can do is at a completely other level from what's in the consoles and even would be in a PS5 Pro.

I also think people don't seem to realize the One/PS4 "leap" happened because the prior generation was a decade old at that point. Consoles essentially skipped a normal generation. You saw that in all the PC ports of them that started coming out around 2010. The One/PS4 leapt past that with a realistic size of memory for the first time, not into a real true new level.

I still think Oven 4 makes a better looking pizza.

This is also true, they used a really bad choice of pizza pictures.

Embracer works like the mob. Every week they demand more money from the studios they own.
At first this is a share of profits or revenue. Next VC funding and debt, studios take out loans (because the 'mothership' can't) and pay the mothership or an investment in the studio becomes an investment in Embracer.

Eventually all sources of new income dry up and the only way for studios to come up with more cash is to cut costs, which eventually leads to lay offs.

The studio becomes a husk of its former self, drained of its cash and is shuttered.
