I last visited in 2015 (my second time in the city) and loved it as always. At one time in my life I’d have loved to have lived there. So what has happened, why are so many shops vacant in what should be a busy and vibrant area? How are places like Burger King, a Chase bank or a Wholefoods gone, surely those type of places should be the last to leave an area due to their brand power and what they offer.
