Let's be real, most videogames and especially most JRPGs have retarded writing. 

Disco Elysium, as commie as it is, is still leagues above the rest. Maybe Planescape Torment too, the old Fallouts, but I never played these.

Motherfuckers need to read more.

My problem with Disco Elysium is that push commie shit so hard but:

1. The commie characters are unlikeable assholes.

2. The justification for still pursuing even after more disastrous failures than the optimists/liberals is the religious “because is beautiful”.

Like the writers cannot go full Red because they know, deep down, that is a failure. The game bitchs about not compromising but you can tell the whole game doesn’t want to do it too. And I’m not sure is intentional or not, like if the developers are aware of this and is part of the game or just don’t want to deal with it like the MC.

True, although I ended up playing the centrist, never bothered with the others. But I believe that's the point of the game, there's not a real answer to fix the world.

I mean, we're here making fun of ERA instead of fucking bitches.
