Your wife sounds like my mum, who was a complete control freak and narcissist. My sister and I would have had a much more enjoyable upbringing if my parents were divorced.

She died 12 months ago, and it only took my father about 6 weeks to admit to us that he should have left her 30 years ago, and that he's never felt so free and happy (he's 71 years old).

If your wife won't meet you half way (eg therapy), it's over dude.

Anyone who was half way mentally healthy wouldn’t start shit with you, drop a comment about how she wants to die and when you talk to her about how you’re feeling she responds with “I’m done talking to you.” You could show up with a million dollars and she could still find a reason to be mad because there are underlying issues that you two have to address. She doesn’t even want to communicate unless it’s on her terms from what you’re saying.

She isn’t creating that space for you where you feel safe. What you’re doing now is trying to avoid making things worse l, but trust me, you can’t. She’s gonna be mad no matter what you do. Just focus on what you need to be okay, right now in this moment, and stop worrying about her.

It sounds like she just wants to blame you for any problems and isn’t willing to admit any guilt on her part. She needs to do therapy/counseling alongside you but it sounds like it’s going to be hard to get her to agree to it when she sees you as the sole problem.

That is a heavy use of emotional blackmail and manipulation. It sounds like a powerplay for control. Please bring this up in therapy.

So I saw across the spider-verse last night, firstly I also saw a trailer for the marvels and I can see now why they’re going to Stan for it, I just thought it looked boring, not for the reasons they’d think though (misogyny) just looks like a very boring by the numbers film.

Across the Spider-verse was amazing though seriously! I didn’t think they would be able to top the first film, no idea why they latched onto her being trans though, just seems like they want it so bad just because of the colour palette and the ‘protect trans kids’ flag she has, a major reach to say she’s trans.

I'm guessing no, because even as much as these people will pretend to support each other, the personality type displayed there on twitter is a major turnoff to literally everyone and no one would mourn the loss, for example imagine kyuuji getting banned, whether anyone would be mad or sad

A lot took the package, it was quite generous. They then set about replacing them with different types of people from all walks of life.

My friend says that injection of talent into the company has been amazing to witness. They are thriving on the backs of the new hungry management team with fresh ideas and enthusiasm. The ones who stayed are doing equally well in the new environment for the most part.

So yeah that's just anecdotal evidence from one company but there are ways you can do things quicker if you put your mind to it.

If a major UK company had deliberately replaced all their managers with diversity hires it would have been all over the media. Piers Morgan and all the other gammons would have gone mental.

I don't blame them for not moderating gendering because it definitely requires a manual human review, and they don't know the history of histories whether a person is legitimately trans, is a conservative troll faking it to get others in trouble, is a liberal goof stretching the limits of LARPing by changing their pronouns daily, whether the pronouns are clearly stated somewhere, how long they have been clearly stated prior to the "offense," etc.
