Why this studio deserves to survive over others? The game bombed so hard that was killed in just two weeks by their first party parent company. And the Firewalk devs are being dumped into the Seattle-Bellevue dev scene which is currently a smoking crater. All of the big companies up here have gone through their own layoffs and no one is hiring. It's truly dire out there.

If I were any of the devs I would pivot away from the video game industry and find something more stable. I would rather have a boring job than deal with unrealistic expectations and unsustainable projects.
