A couple reasons I can think of. First, even if the Witcher is a major point of national pride for Poland, the population of Poland isn't going to sway votes. Second, does Call of Duty even win awards? Although you can call the game jingoistic and rightly accuse many Americans of being uncritically pro-military, I don't think CoD is remotely as tied to national identity as Wukong is.
