So, I've been in communication with someone regarding a fetish thing. And I'm like trying to vet this guy and it was absolutely sus.

So he's pressing all the right buttons for me and I'm into what he's offering, although I'm lesbian leaning, buuuuut I'll take a guy who's interested in me if it means he's into what I'm wanting. Anyway so I then start talking on WhatsApp and I have his first name and his phone number, but he's very carefully but obviously skirting around very important vetting questions. 😒

I keep pushing with questions, and we play with the idea of meeting up, and I'm okay with a vanilla meet up (if he finally answers my questions beforehand but I obviously want to meet in a coffee shop or something incredibly public, make sure I've got a codeword set up with my friend to call her when I'm done, share my location etc. But again only if I can establish some kind of legitimacy from the guy, anyway he wants to meet....IN A CARPARK and have a "nice romantic walk by the river" GIGANTIC RED FLAG like Christ on a bike. And really not properly assessing my concerns. 😦

So now I'm Nancy Drewing this guy using his WhatsApp number, no socials including Linkedin, but his phone number is public in the minutes of the meeting for where he works. His name is legit and I start finding his address and the properties he owns including an old pump station, that I'm assuming is no longer in use. But like if alarm bells weren't already ringing, a place with plenty of soft soil next to a river puts me into red alert. 😧

I discussed that he absolutely needs to resolve all my questions including sending me selfies and a video of him like making a cup of tea, something that's simple but is still relatively hard to fake using AI without errors somewhere with fingers or the spoon and the tea. And he said he'll cut things off now while we're "in a good place" I established with him all I want to do is establish he's legitimate and not a serial killer or part of a human trafficking ring, and something ominous sits with me..

He says "Well I'm not a serial killer.." but deliberately missed out human trafficking. Now I'm like worried I potentially came into contact with someone involved with human trafficking. Now I'm incredibly spooked. Although thankfully I use a pseudonym until absolute trust is established with play partners.

I'm quite cautious and if someone refuses or skirts around important questions it's a no go, but I don't know what to do with my suspicions about him and the knowledge I gained about him without his knowledge?

What do you think I should do regarding my slightly worrying experience? 😕
