Quite honestly, I was so mad and tired that I could barely comprehend what she was saying but I think she said that she works nights, has a baby, did not think that she was stomping but rather just walking. I'm like WTF?! If you were just walking, do you think I would be knocking on someone's door at FIVE IN THE MORNING INSTEAD OF SLEEPING?! Don't gaslight me lady.
So then she's talking again and actually starts crying and blah blah blah and talking about that she has some of the same issues as well when it comes to noise. And she asked to exchange phone numbers so that I could text her and ask her to quiet down if she is bothering me. So I gave her my number. And she did confirm that she is moving out. I didn't want to get my manager in trouble by letting her know that I knew that.
So i guess the issue is pretty much resolved since 1) I have her number now and 2) she's supposed to be moving out today.
I honestly thought a drug-addicted meth head lived above me since it was so nonstop.
