I can believe that he's not making huge amounts of money as he tends to get cast for smaller parts which is a shame since he is a pretty good actor. Though that he's straight up struggling feels a bit hard to believe

Acting is not poorly paid but these aren't the days of John Travolta and private planes.

Hollywood is also a very expensive place to live. 

I can see why he would be struggling, he doesn't seem to have any side hustles like Ryan Reynolds or The Rock.
That's where the money is for most of these guys, to use their fame to sell other products. The other route is to do more regular work and get roles in more TV shows and movies overall. Quantity over quality. And while that does pay the bills it often locks actors out from landing roles in big blockbusters. 

There is also financial planning, apart from the usual hookers and coke some actors invest their money poorly or retain too much staff/friends in production companies.

I don't think RE2R or RE4R were amazing. I never finished either one because I just kinda played for a few hours, went 'ok I get it' and stopped. I just don't find Capcom's remake ethos compelling enough to expend a full playthrough worth of energy on. Especially not for remakes of the two worst Resident Evil games in the entire mainline series (Zero and CV, I mean).

At this point I think maps are just too big and traversal too slow for immersion to really work anymore. When I have to spend 10-15 minutes just trying to GET to what I want to do I'm going to lose interest. I run into this problem constantly with Cyberpunk, where the amount of effort I need to put into just getting to the marker to trigger or progress a quest is tantamount to doing an entire mission by itself, and the walking and driving isn't nearly compelling enough to be worth that time commitment.

If I want to just do a thing but the game says I need to spend 10 minutes driving just to get to the thing I want to do, I'm probably gonna elect to do something else, and that kinda hurts my ability to enjoy the story or the setting.
