I'm debating whether to call the non-emergency police line because it's really late, and the noise is incredibly irritating. On one hand, I feel like they'd take forever to respond, and by the time they show up, the music might already be off—making it feel like I wasted everyone's time. On the other hand, I feel conflicted about calling the cops at all. I'm pretty young, and it feels odd to call them. And of course ACAB.
