Two things I'm really loving about this cultural exchange:

1) The number of Americans who are finding out that a lot of the bad things they were taught to believe about China and Chinese people are lies, and that the U.S.A. isn't the best place in the world, not even close, in many aspects.

2) The number of people in China who are finding out how a lot of the things they have heard about life in America that are so bad that they themselves suspect it's not true but Chinese government propaganda made up to make America look bad actually are true, like the cost of medical care and the frequency of gun violence and mass shootings!

So far the best comment I've read is: "Somewhere in China right now a mother is scolding her ungrateful kid telling them to be thankful that they weren't born in the U.S.A."
