I was thinking of starting the most useless DIY channel on YT. Things like how to tell if your light bulb works. Each episode would go off into ridiculous tangents such as what sort of wiring your light socket uses. What is it composed of. What factory produced it. What foreman worked there. There would never actually be any info on how to do or fix anything. It would just be endless nonsense punctuated with 10 minute screaming rants about the neighbor's grass being too long.

There’s this tech YouTube guy who goes by techmoan. Focuses on old obsolete tech.

He has a few videos about cooking appliances. At the start, he mentions a condition that left him without the sense of taste. He goes through the video. Unboxing, setup, making the food. When it comes to tasting, he takes some bites and says “Well I can’t taste it.” Some of the best videos on YouTube.

Both actually. My go-to for creating most AI Agents is just the OpenAI ChatGPT API with our own secret sauce added to it.
We're now at Tier 4 with a pro subscription for DeepResearch, which opens up so many possibilities it's kind of insane. 

At home I've messed around with Llama and some other models but most of the time it just devolves into hallicunations when you use them "raw". 
Overall my big strength is to just combine what is out there in terms of APIs and models and remix it into something useful for business. 
For example Gemini can do web search while the 4o API can't. So we combine a 4o agent with a Gemini agent, so 4o can do web search.
The thing I love most is the function calling, we have a set-up where I can tell an AI to create a script to do something like I dunno, get the latest stonks, generate a map or find news headlines or whatever and when the AI thinks it's appropriate it can call that function to carry out the task.

But the mindset makes the biggest difference, most people don't see the potential. I see a bunch of schematics and specs and think: "I can make AI do this".
There is a lot of trial and error though but that is what I love about it so much. People have asked me about manuals and stuff but that doesn't really exist.

Some of my co-workers hate that though, today they were working on an agent and it kept changing things it shouldn't. They tried all the usual like "IMPORTANT!!!" and all that.
So I came along and changed it to: "you can't change this because it is not allowed by the insurance company" and presto it worked. 

Admittedly not all clients like my approach because I let AI's freewheel 90% of the time. They'd rather have it use the exact prepared script but that really removes one the biggest strengths of AI.

Vind ik leuk = I like this

vind, sounds like 'mint' but with a v
you say 'ik' as 'ick'. 

And here is a 7 minute video on how to say 'eu'. So you can say "Vind ik leuk" like a boss. 



Although in Dutch we could've just used "Leuk" or "Niet leuk" (like / don't like) without the "vind ik" but I guess the machine translation stuck around.

No date yet but I'm still on the right track I think, likes are increasing at least just not the ones I'm interested in. 2 on Bumble today. I'm hoping to get some better outdoor pictures next weekend and there is a 90's party next month that seems really interesting both in terms of hooking up with someone there or to get some good party pics for the profile. Also next week a co-worker has arranged a padel course as a group activity for the team. I wasn't going when she told me about it last year but now I've signed up anyway. Tommorow I'm going to dinner to discuss a possible new business venture with another co-worker and the local business club has invited me too. 

Overall ever since I started this path I've improved a lot of things about myself. 

• I'm less laid back and taking far more initiative. 
  
• I'm going outside way more and I've stopped ordering everything online. 
  
• I used to do daily walks but only in good weather, now I have 10k steps a day easily.
  
• I've moved from just 5kg dumbbells in December to 12kg dumbbells yesterday. 
  
• Overall I engage more with people socially, I'm less avoiding them like uninteresting NPC's. (even if most are)
  
• I try to make the most out of every opportunity.
  
• First I would take charge when no one else would, now I take charge first.
  

I wasn't fat, but I wasn't fit either. That's changing rapidly. Plus my living room has also never been this clean and well organized.

What I need to work on still is my sleeping pattern, I'm a night owl and I seldom get out of bed before 9AM but I want to start doing early morning runs when the weather clears up.

As for the apps, I'm happy with my bio and description now. It's very confident and upbeat. One of the ice breakers is: "I've asked embassy security armed with machine guns directions to McDonalds in Berlin" which is actually a true story and explains the kind of person I am with a single sentence. On a high school trip I just walked up to this military police blockade with guys in full body armor, MP5s and helmets in front of an embassy and was like "yo guys do you know where the McDonalds is". I've also added 2 pictures that show how tall I am. One is me casually standing on a cabinet to replace a lightbulb on the ceiling, the other a picture of me standing in front of my cleaned up entertainment center with my arms folded wearing shorts and a shirt. They instantly became the most popular.

I've also increased the distance to ~50km and eased up on the filters. Some girls are looking for something casual but something casual could become something else if it clicks and some pick casual to avoid guys that want to instantly marry and have kids. I think that in the end I'll have more luck at the parties and other events than on the apps though. They're also a time sink with how many uninteresting samey profiles, single moms and fatties there are to grind through. I've started using Music Mode on Tinder, which makes it a bit more fun.

As for the redhead, business wise I ran into a fantastic opportunity but it was not something our company usually does and the competition was heavy. I needed a social-media marketing person ASAP. So I included her as a contractor into the deal and won the bid.  

Overall things are on the up and up and I'm crushing it. The quarterly revenue target will probably be met by the end of this month.
