I feel like this problem is way beyond Trump tho. The mentality of people downplaying human collaboration and how big a role everyone and everything plays into making life work smoothly is going to keep this cycle of bigotry, hate, and isolationism alive well beyond his lifetime. We need to make collaboration and teamwork cooler than selfishness and individualism.

I'm focusing on little things for now that build community and bring people together. Spring is coming, and demonstrating how to easily build composting systems is a skill that a lot of people will want to adopt as they start looking to grow their own food (I guess this is the skill I cultivated during Covid instead of learning an instrument).

I pick up a few extra cans of food (preferably with a ring, so no can opener is needed) every time I hit the grocery store and drop it at my local community fridge. Mutual aid and helping folks locally is a good place to start if you're looking for an outlet for your energy.

I love how all their anti-fascist ideas start and end with food banking.

We need to get the current democratic administration out of there. Is there any groups that is heading this up?

I wish we could have some left version of the tea party movement. Unfortunately I think the gate keeping and purity tests that keep the left focused on eating their own makes it a little more difficult. Hopefully we can find a way to unite against the current leadership.

But it has been known to real thinkers that "science" is a patriarchal conspiracy and not just Harding exposed this:
