While this begins to address the advantageous effects of circulating testosterone on athletic performance, it does not take into account the advantage afforded by testosterone exposure prior to transitioning. The existing data suggests that lowering testosterone to less than 10 nmol/L for 12 months decreases muscle mass but not to biological female levels and despite the decrease in mass, muscle strength can be maintained, especially if concurrently exercising. Estrogen therapy does not affect most of the anatomical structures in the biological male that provide a physiological benefit. Hemoglobin levels are lowered by estrogen therapy, and consequently, maximum aerobic effort may be lower, but this parameter will only be manifested if testosterone levels are suppressed to levels within the biological female range and maintained for extended periods of time. Reported studies show it is difficult to continuously suppress testosterone in transgender women. Given that the percentage difference between medal placings at the elite level is normally less than 1%, there must be confidence that an elite transwoman athlete retains no residual advantage from former testosterone exposure, where the inherent advantage depending on sport could be 10–30%. Current scientific evidence can not provide such assurances and thus, under abiding rulings, the inclusion of transwomen in the elite female division needs to be reconsidered for fairness to female-born athletes.

Don’t have a strong opinion on women’s sports. What’s weird is this reverse Cheney doctrine. No trans person is with sin, and if there’s a one percent chance they are, we have to ignore it completely. They’re still people. People on the whole are cool, but some are wankers. You have to accept that some trans folk are taking the piss.
They can't because your group status is what grants you moral authority. The possibility of a trans (or Black or whatever) person in error means that declaration of group status no longer silences any opposition. This is what eventually leads to the need for the creation of the concept of a class traitor. The most important thing is upholding the moral sanctity of the class.

I interviewed a couple of former Volition staffers years back while working as a games writer.
For me, the two Volition games that I loved as a kid were Summoner and Summoner 2. I was fascinated by their music especially. I highly recommend folks go and listen to Scott Lee's Summoner 1 soundtrack on YouTube - he's the original composer and has remastered the songs. It's a very unique OST.
It's such a shame in this modern gaming landscape one or two games underperforming can wipe out a whole studio. I hope these very talented individuals can find new fulfilling roles.
Those two were AAA games separated by five years. Agents of Mayhem was a particularly horrible flop, not just underperformed. As brutal the current AAA video game landscape is, they stoped being the underdog developer since a while ago and their leadership screwed up big time since a while. why the hell do you not expect that a video game studio that makes open world games goes under after two flops in 5 years, and those flops are there only shit they put out in those 5 years.

Now I was diagnosed about the concussion, but the hospital just told me to see a neurologist about the shock issue. I've only had it a few times and every single time was under pure stress, getting really sick/having some major pain happen to my body and completely lose control of myself either by passing out or just having memory fade. I would literally become all numb and can't move on my own free will, with losing consciousness, losing all sight besides a bright white light and violently spasming. And you know what? I'm really upset with how the ambulance and especially the hospital nurse treated me. Do I feel like this is justified or am I overreacting? I've had panic attacks before - but this type of state/shock is not at all similar to what I feel. I can't control it and I kind of vanish in my head when it happens - the nurse was insulting both my parents and I with presuming it was nothing. Holy shit, he's having serious brain issues and he's instead obsessed that the nurse wasn't nice enough.
Then we've got these lunatics who want him to start up a lawsuit for people being potentially rude that he doesn't really even know if it happened:

Serotonin is a chemical that the body produces naturally. It's needed for the nerve cells and brain to function. But too much serotonin causes signs and symptoms that can range from mild (shivering and diarrhea)

Been debating whether Saints Row would be worth the PS Plus download. Watched a video and was reminded of that Urkel character. Turned me right the fuck off.

As is the case whenever anything like this comes up in any kind of sport or very rough physical "theater" you can tell the people who have been a part of something like that and the ones who clearly have not based on the way they view the situation.
As someone who has been in situations like this and has been in a couple locker room dust-ups myself going to your manager or head coach instead of handling it yourself is a quick way to lose the respect of a whole lot of people in that locker room. Is it toxic masculinity you bet it is but some places that's just the way it is unless you want to get rid of testosterone I don't see that changing anytime soon.
