Sorry, but, I have an extremely difficult time believing the following possibility playing out here:

1) someone who's ostensibly never heard of grummz comes across a tweet saying dude drinks breast milk.

2) person looks up "grummz breast milk" and somehow *only* sees the part where that's debunked. Apparently they miss everything else that lead to that in their search?

3) person concludes grummz is the victim, here. Case closed.

Come on.

I don't use twitter, and went on this specific journey based only on information from ResetEra. I thought the breast milk thing was true until this thread happened! 

A joke is not a false claim. Repeat- a joke is not a false claim. It's a joke. People understand this even if they're not familiar with why it's a joke going in. They will understand why it's ok to make a joke about a terrible human being, having done it themselves before

I went on a first date on the 22nd. It ended up being a decent distance from me I'm on the Northside of Chicago and the date ended up being on the Southside. It was a first date, but as teachers (at separate schools, thank goodness) I figured we'd celebrate with a fancy meal. It ended up costing me about $130. We spent 4 hours talking and vibing until the restaurant closed.
We make out outside their car and they eventually invite me inside the car. We make out more and talk for some time. Eventually they invite me to drive to their place. I have to stress that I was not pressuring them and consistently said they could tell me naaaa.
I get to their place and stayed until about 4 am ish. Their place ended up being in the Southwest suburbs so coming back took awhile.

Monday, they leave to Paris until Friday. They text me a lot and send pics from their trip. Meanwhile I'm alternating being gaming, reading, exploring museums, hanging with friends, exercising, and being extremely unconscious.

Sunday, we meet up at a coffee shop. I'm focused on getting some grad work done to meet an important deadline. Once we're done we chitchat. A major storm was about to hit Chicago so they headed out while I begin to read.

Sunday at 10pm ish, they text me saying that they wanted to know if I genuinely wanted to date them. If so, they had feedback for me. If not, then it's all good. I see this message at about 3am ish as I wake up for my morning workout.


I progress through my day and realize I'm not feeling it with this person and I may as well cut it off.

I say to them that I had a good time, but am not certain if a continued relationship is where I'm at right.

They send me a message berating me for being inconsiderate, wasting their time (even though both time we hung out I did the majority of driving), and some other kinda hurtful comments.


Finally.... They send me their fucking venmo account and DEMAND $30 for wasting their time and so they can buy chocolate. I know I have nothing to say to assuage either of our feelings so I block them immediately.

Dating is the fucking weirdest shit.

Someone asks if this was a gay or straight date, commenting that "it's giving straight".

Straight experience. I'm male and she's female. I'm not certain how it gives straight, but I think that's due to a lack of wisdom on my part for that.

I cannot even get an AAC device funded and my son needs so much more help that I can’t afford. He needs a bed that I can put him in safely so he doesn’t elope. So you can be annoyed all you want but I think that annoyance should be aimed at the government who really doesn’t give a fuck about

I dunno, there’s a AWFUL lot of subjectivity going on in this study. All of the judging of the videos done by three researchers with two of leads coming from the Anti-Bullying center in Dublin.
