Not going to quote because long post and lazy, but that proposed Luigi California Ballot Measure is amazing.

Having chased out home insurance companies let's do the same to health insurance.

I'm sorry guys. We tried to avoid banning him. We really did. God knows we gave him more chances than anyone else to adjust his behavior. We reached out. We offered to help him but were met with constant hostility. He actually threatened a staff member! Hopefully he'll take this as a wake up call and seek therapy.

The small bans are building up immunity. It’s called mithridatism. Soon they can’t ban him.

You really have to pay close attention because this environment is rife with right-wing propaganda. The fact that a victim is seemingly also the complainant is a pretty strong indicator of what really happened here, though.

I'm also just annoyed at how they don't understand the concept of reclaiming slurs. Gays and trans people can't reclaim Cunt, it's not about them. It's like saying that black people can reclaim chink

The mere idea that sex work involving trafficked and/or drug addicted girls could possibly be consensual is laughable.

They tend to be outgoing, sporty, tall, sometimes musically, confident, happy, assertive and fun loving and often have a good heart. They sometimes/often get paired with the shy introvert (and usually heavily shipped with them. This isn't me judging btw, I DO THIS because I wish I had a friend like that and would instantly date her if I could transition) and acts like "I'm your new best friend and you don't get a say in the matter!" to them but not in an arsehole way, but trying to be friendly, in the loud way; with male examples being Sidon from Zelda or Kamina from Gurren Lagann.

That said, while I only have ~200 on my list, I have a good friend who's been at the 1,000 cap for a long time, and there are a couple people also at it that post about it here in the feedback thread once in awhile. If I recall correctly, unfortunately, the ignore list cap is a technical limitation, there may be ways to ultimately work around it, but even if so it's a really low priority, so don't expect it to change. I know my friend manages his ignore list every so often and usually finds numerous users on it that have been perma-banned, allowing him to remove them and free up a few slots.

I empathize with this guy, though I obviously don't share his dislikes. My ignore list during my time on Era massively ballooned once the moderators allowed the absolute idiots and ignorant loudmouths to run wild, shortly after founding.

Once my list got extremely long I realized that the forum was the problem and left.
