Most bills submitted in state legislatures don't even make it to committee, state legislators constantly introduce stupid bills to promote themselves. Also, the bill is not what the "Harvard" "lawyer" "reports" as usual since Alejandra Caraballo is either incapable of reading or deliberately chooses to lie every single day on Twitter. Our girl Hachikoma's anti-trans legislation roundup always included laws showing porn to kids, so that probably hints at the comprehension level here. 
Also, strangely, there's an assumption with all these laws that they would include massive bad faith government enforcement. But when they want more stringent laws against speech, suddenly the government would NEVER overreach and would only act in a way to protect them. Weird!
