So I am playing stellar blade on a borrowed copy, and I am fully ready to admit that the combat towards the end of the game feels much better than the demo. Literally if the I was just scoring the combat it would be an 8/10 based on the gameplay and amount of combat; however, it is attached to a game that is desperate to compare itself to the Nier franchise, which is a bold move considering that the story is ass and the characters are fucking God awful if you don't include Adam whose whole purpose is to be the backseat gamer who is there to be thanked by eve because he pointed out something that she already noticed after she does all the work. Here's hoping the story suddenly gets far more engaging once I go past the point of no return

I grew up poor enough that I wasn't able to shower every day.

It wasn't always the cost of the shower itself, but the difficulty of having access to a shower at the opportune time each day. Sometimes new accommodation was only available after the start of school or work hours had already started.

You all act like not taking a shower for one fuckin' day is an aberration beyond measure.

It's not as bad as you say it is. You need to get some perspective .

To follow up, I have to say, this thread just reminds me of everything else wrong with this place.
