I've had a lot of setbacks over the years, I'm talking car crash, murders next door, mom depressed, mom living in a mental institution, mom cancer, dad cancer, uncle dead, another uncle dead, business partner dropping the ball, root canal performed on the wrong tooth, aunt starved herself to death post COVID and my own COVID vaccine side effect health issues. To the point where my co-workers asked me "SIR, HOW DO YOU KEEP GOING WE JUST CAN'T ANYMORE".

Mom has been living at home again for well over 4 years now, both survived their cancer battles and I've managed to give them a few more happy years.

I think he was making a joke about how, despite more diversity in playable characters, there's little diversity in AAA games themselves. I don't think he was making fun of playing as women in video games.

Yeah what you're saying sums up my thoughts a lot. I'm a disabled trans woman and I like it when characters can be special or important even if they can't be "badasses" and I am sick of media presenting only one type of strong female character. I love u dertale and Deltarune because you can win without hurting anyone, and your hero is just a nonbinary kid.
I also wish she had access to magic and you'd learn new spells in the same way link gets new items in classic pre-TFH Zelda games (though i honestly just li,e any pre-BOTW zelda game, I am so sick of massive open world games a d prefer smaller more linear experiences, hence loving Skyward Sword).
I also think a focus on puzzles ma,especially sense for Ze,da as the godess of wisdom and the Oracle of Wisdom game focusing on slower puzzles over action, while still having action in it.
I also am sick of njnte dk basing games around just one mechanic and loved SuperPrinces Peach and mario wonder for letting me play as a girl (since transition I don't pretend to be a guy any more) and also having so much variety. I feel from the trailer an overwhelming sense of "that's jt"?
