It's Kyuuji's GAF account, but Evilore screwed something up when upgrading XenForo. The username was The ๖ۜBronx but the special characters no longer render so everything including other people quoting Kyuuji are broken now. It's funny because Kyuuji ran a script on their 10+ year old reddit account to edit and fill most of the posts with nonsense, but it was nowhere near as effective as the fact that you literally can no longer search the GAF posts because the username is broken now.
