Well, like with most things he does, he's not very good at it. Like I know it was A Different, Pre-Drag Race Time, and the standards were a lot laxer, but this is just... woof. I guess it does help explain why he has such a heavy hand with the eye liner.

RealLifeLore released this video yesterday and I've gotta say it's one of the most insightful videos on the country I've seen so far. Rather than focussing on surface level stuff he goes pretty in depth on exactly what makes The Netherlands so powerful on the world scale.

All in all a very interesting watch, so I highly recommend giving it a view if you want to know more about The Netherlands.

Last year my 66 year-old Algerian mother, who is also an American citizen, suffered a hate crime in Amsterdam while on vacation. She was accosted by three dipshits and screamed at her to go back to her country, which is btw in this context the United States. They sat next to her and did this, continuously; it wasn't even on the street or anything. She never wears a hijab or anything outwardly religious either. People were around and nobody spoke up at all.

It was egregious and scary enough that she and my dad not only complained to the establishment where that took place, who met her with a shrug and "kids will be kids" nonsense, but went to file a police report and were met with mockery and dismissiveness. Because hate crimes are apparently considered a joke there.

Sample size of 1, a single city in a nation, albeit the capital and largest tourist destination. But whenever I think of the Netherlands now, that's what comes to mind. I'm sure it's a wonderful place if you're white, and especially if you aren't seemingly Arab.
