No, what’s going on right now is their criminal case. The civil case was the one they opened up against the university. 

So currently in ruling for 2 criminal misdemeanors. And now their civil case goes to federal court as the state attorney general will be defending the university.

It's killing me that "lived experience" became such a buzzword. There are some areas where this experience applies but I'm not sure that just living in Palestine will automatically make you an expert who can solve this situation. Same with someone living in Israel. It might actually hinder you as you'll obviously have grievances over the various deaths both sides have caused.

A cancer patient has a lived experience of cancer. Doesn't mean they know shit about treating it and I certainly will take the doctor with no lived experience of cancer over the patient with bulk lived experience.
