Mind you, that twitter user didn't tag any dev. They were just talking to themselves. 
The response from the dev is also a bit confusing as she blames the bad characters on the executives and "design by committee" but then also talks about how critiquing the characters hurts her feelings personally.

Part of me unironically agrees there can be a level of cruelty in criticism. And for artists are people too so you shouldn't be mean reasoning, not a single person actually believes it. It's always the reaping/sowing of fanboys. You can't be mean to Concord, but Hogwart's Legacy deserves it. Those artists knew they were doing.

The other side thinks of a quote from famously well adjusted fictional TV character Don Draper: That's what the money is for!

Eight years and over $150 million. Brand new studio gets that funding and support, acquried by Sony, before releasing a single game. It's not some scrappy underdog story.

It just repeatedly highlights how joined at the hip fans, gaming press, and dev teams are. 

This simply does not happen in other media at all. You can absolutely see someone like Roger Ebert dunk on movies he hates from a great height, and it's just...normal criticism. Hell, I love Freddy Got  Fingered, but homeboy had this to say about it:

Even if this handwringing about poor devs were truly genuine, and truly universally applied, I'd still think it was totally batshit. 

Might as well delete the forum and replace it with a list of games, and a like button. You can press the like button that corresponds to the game you enjoyed (or not, but that's pretty sus) and that is the extent of allowable voicing of opinion. Because more than that might hurt someone's feelings.

The plan was to get their own fornite forever money maker game to ideally fund their expensive ass single player games.

They conditioned their audience to expect expensive lavish (bloated imo) story based games...which take time and most importantly money. The issue is that he went full ham into it instead of peppering it in.

If actual games their audience wanted where on the way, Concord wouldn't have been a big problem imo. The fact that it was more or less platformed as their big game this year was a mistake. The fact that Insomniac is in the Marvel mines (I enjoyed the spiderman games and I like marvel but goddam), ND has been awol outside of remakes, Sucker Punch's next game will be Ghost 2 which isn't as special anymore with all of the other asian historical open world games (many of which Sony has moneyhatted lol), and Guerilla is probably making another game in their industry plant series..they don't have the juice atm to be releasing shit their core audience doesn't vibe with.

Again they are super lucky MS keeps shitting themselves and Nintendo does their own shit.

Last year I lost 25kg, now being 188cm tall and around 84kg. I figured I should do something with myself and build a physique that I'm fully content with. Never was in the gym, pretty scared to go there and do shit among beasts built like Juggernaut from X-Men TBH. Is it a good idea to start with a FBW routine at home until I get some strength, stretch ale the insanely uptight muscles and joints? Could you recommend me some home exercises for absolute beginners that don't require any equipment/gear to prepare myself for pumping iron?

start off by eating smaller portions of food. When I gained like 16 pounds being Prednisone, I just ate half of what I usually eat for every meal and effortlessly lost it

I think if Ghosts 2 actually makes it a ninja game, not pussyfoot with also making a samurai game, and makes it less of a “Take Back The Block” SP open world game, the fans will come back. Which I doubt on that last one.

I personally think(not counting Black Myth) the other historic martial arts games are super mediocre compared to GoT. Casuals will flick back to Ghosts because they see it as the superior one of those.
