It's been a pretty hot topic recently. And while I get the argument of hiding the devs from scrutiny, it still feels wrong for the developers to not be credited off-rip. It's especially apparent in a year with zero games fully made by Nintendo EPD. Hell, imagine how much more excitement that Another Code and Mario & Luigi: Brothership would've gotten if we knew that Arc System Works & Acquire respectively made those games upon their reveals. The people who work on these games deserve to get some shine, which is an issue that extends to how Nintendo does credits to remakes & remasters of old games. Though that's a whole other can of worms.

I mean, consumers going "yes, the dev should hide who makes their games from us" is an odd response to this topic, but here we are.

But they aren't. They just aren't telling you when and how you want to find out. But Nintendo still tells you who made it and sometimes even does interviews with the team.

This video is all over the place not even sure at times if the developer revealed it ahead of time and never showing a game where there is no actual credit given.
