As do I. It's just they are so fucking terminally online that I fear they may do something they regret before it's too late.

Getting off the internet aside from like a few positive sites is a good thing to do every so often. Like just read up on when games are coming out, when new music, shows, movies are releasing, look at cute animal videos and pictures, listen to the music you like, play the games you like, etc. Try to be optimistic even if it's hard and get mental health help if you can.
