It's 1AM where I am and I have applied for job #25. I'm graduating in June of next year and having to finally come to grips with the absolutely dire state of the job market. Countless situational judgment, behavioural, diagrammatic, logical, coding, reasoning tests later and I feel like I understand the job searching process less. I am slowly losing my sanity. I've yet to interact with a real human being and it feels like some AI is judging me based on parameters I couldn't hope to understand.
