That's off the top of my head what ERA advocates and supports. ERA's positions are outright loony toons for 90% of the electorate. But they are shocked that voters completely rejected all of the above. The loss is still raw, so there's a brief window of their bubble popping and you're getting more sane, sensible takes. But you can see in real-time the bubble is reforming with the latter half of that "how do we reach young men" thread and FantasticToma's ban for "male fragility." Within the next week or two, the bubble will be fully reformed and ERA will be back at it advocating for all the above and similar wacky positions and memory-holed how terrible those positions performed at the polls.

So I've been playing this game called F.I.S.T. Forged in Shadow Torch, which is a metroidvania set in a world of anthropomorphic animals. The neat thing about it is that they all actually look like animals, with the main character being a pretty nifty-looking rabbit:

Until you get to the women, of course. Now, the thing is, for the most part this game just didn't have any women. There was one female character shown in the opening who appeared later on, and she looks absolutely atrocious when you compare her to any other character.


She's supposed to be a cat, but she looks more like a person in cat makeup. She doesn't even have hair on her arms! I was rolling my eyes at her appearance, but I could look past her because she has barely been featured in the game so far. And then I got to this resistance village, where I got to see the first appearance of more female characters aside fromageher.


Oh no. They're all supposed to be deer, I guess? All the men are stuff like yaks and moose. It's also wintery, and they get to be dressed up, but not the girls of course! I also just realized that all of the women have hair on their heads. None of the men do! Gotta know they are women somehow! And of course their feet are done exactly to be reminiscent of heels.

This makes me so mad every time I remember that I still haven't played it, even though I have it for.free in EGS. Couldn't be THAT hard to make the women be animals too!
