Seriously, WTF does PlanetSmasher do all day?

You can pretty guarantee he will be one of the top 5 posters in any new thread on any given day.

Like... does he just sit there and F5 ResetEra on his phone/computer?

The most annoying thing is that he always has to have an opinion on everything, even when he has no fucking clue what he's talking about.

And when he's wrong, and everyone tells him he is completely wrong, instead of apologising, he doubles down, like in that Octopath Traveler II thread.

You'd discus big topics, Religion, sex, politics, all the stuff you don't talk about at work, you could have a good ol' vent about down the pub and get all your dumb opinions off your chest.

That just doesn't happen anymore. The second someone mentions anything political, everyone else clams up and the conversation quickly dies. Now the only things we talk about are Netflix shows, games, and the things we did in the week - the same safe, inofensive topics you talk about at work.
It's not even like we are that different politically. Some of us are very left-leaning, others centre-left-ish, but even that divide seems big enough to make any mention of politics feel like someone stood on an eggshell.

Dunno if anyone else's friend group has shifted like this lately, or if its just my lot.

i.e.

Maybe Microsoft have come to their senses, torched the pride logo, bankrolled PGR5 (set in Japan with waifu drivers), Dead or Alive 7, Dead or Alive Xtreme 4, Ninja Gaiden 4, Wolfenstein III, Lost Oddessey 2 and put Joanna Dark in a tight leather suit again.

Also a Conker game that makes fun of all the fairies and nonces.

While Chun Li isn't an American herself, the character is *Asian*

So having an *Asian* person cast as Chun Li's English dub voice is appropriate. It just so happens to most English dubs are done with American voice actors.

Utterly moronic US-centric argument.

You don't only hire German-Americans to dub German media because 'representation'.
Christ, you literally wouldn't have any dubbed anime because the VA pool of like, 5 people would make it cost prohibitive.

you don't have an *Asian* person cast. You have an American.
