Two thoughts about this, amid my panic and desperation:

If Biden and his crew were shrewder, they would use this new immunity clause to do something non-murderous to get this ruling thrown out.

Second thought is I don't think there's anything that could be done, even if the dems had the balls to do it? Like they won't even pursue legal means to get republican stuff barred, why would they do anything now?

Side note: The people in here saying we want a dictatorship for rightly realizing we need drastic measures in kind really need to read up on history

Even if he is sentenced to prison for what he has been convicted of (unlikely), he can still run and he will still win. 34 felony convictions and he is more popular than ever. Apparently Florida law doesn't even prevent him from voting as a convicted felon.

None of these trials have harmed him in any way. They have hardened his support and made many undecided voters sympathetic to him.
