The big trans subreddits have lots of these stories. There was even a whole GENOCIDE when hospitals refused to do gender affirming surgeries as unnecessary ones initially. So many eggs cracked but unable to have trans joy because of transphobes afraid of a stupid little contagious virus oversupplying patients to their hospitals. "Think about the lives at risk? I hate this cynical nihilistic view that immediately assumes the worst about people. Yes, she's a billionaire. Doesn't mean she's automatically a narcissistic sociopath. Because what you're suggesting are the actions of a sociopath.

She acquired that wealth by making songs about love and life and sharing them with people. Not by exploitation or fracking or some other horrific capitalistic shit.

If you became a billionaire, maybe by writing books or making art or directing movies, will you also change into a sociopath? Is there a switch inside humans that flips the moment they acquire a certain amount of wealth that turns them into shitstains?

I imagine stores also aren't happy about locking up all their shit as it must be tanking sales.

They did recast Thunderbolt Ross rather than just grab someone else. Ironically, Thunderbolts is exactly the kind of film they should be making with these types of characters, it's an ensemble with ones seen in prior movies plus new ones plus recognizable actors. If it flops you're not out anything with the "connected" storyline because the most you'll ever do is promote one of these guys to Avengers and a bunch of them would probably show up in that anyway. So you can just do a real "popcorn movie" and then have some scene where Kang talks to somebody or grabs the MacGuffin or whatever the fuck. Maybe someone winds up in a fancy CGI prison at the end but you'll know he'll be back in Avengers: Secret Wars won't he!
