Okay, sure, it probably sucks personally for some people to lose their jobs and not deserve it but people who make bad games should go out of business. (Or find people who make good games to work at.) I love Saints Row, but after Agents of Mayhem and Saints Row (neither of which I hate, they're just mediocre which is FINE but still disappointing after IV yet I also understand not what ANYONE wanted) the only thing I'm crying about Volition is that the 2 PC patch probably will never come. And that likely died with Mike anyway. The alternative is not that everything is sweetness and light but that everyone else at Embracer, who might produce good stuff, has to suffer as Volition sucks resources from them. If you want more bad games and more chuds employed so they can show ankles of women in high heels that's one thing, but personally I like to get good and more games and healthy companies not giant unmoving conglomerates full of sinecures like EA and UbiSoft is how that happens.

Also them being able to pick and choose which causes deserve their money is pretty unethical to begin with.

The only way we fix this is by taking away their money through proper taxation and preventing billionaires in the first place.

Without the trillions in wealth the US and Europe stole, you cannot foster these regions' rapid development, meaning there's no wealth built in to springboard lucky jacks like Gabe into a position where he can take the majority of the credit and subsequent wealth from building Valve in the first place. Giving it back through initiatives that make a better world for everyone would essentially wipe out the US and Europe's golden parachutes.
