I watched this the other month.

I know he dispels the idea that the movie production effects the anime but in my mind Yu-Gi-Oh DSOD totally is why the anime airing at the time Arc-V went to shit.

Also Baron Omotsuri is a masterpiece as far as I'm concerned. Best thing to come out of One Piece.

Not anime per say but makes me think of the Kamen Rider films which have a lot of the same issues with feeling like an expanded filler.

I don't know what tools the current era mods have but on pre-exodus gaf we had some automated tools that would detect certain suspicious things for us to manually look into, we had some tools that let us compare account data on request, and sometimes it was just rummaging through posts for stuff that tipped you off as being the same person.

Trying to catch every alt is a fool's errand, but prolific bad posters tend to get recognized by the way they post as much as any specific details they've revealed about themselves. Sometimes you can catch people because the alt account that you suspect is similar to a banned person was registered the same day or extremely soon after the original ban, will often (though not always) have similar IP ranges, will sometimes get sloppy with things like birth dates chosen (like they'll change the year but leave the day/month the same), sometimes they get cute by naming themselves some alternate form of their original name. There's a lot of things that can do it
