Sorry I don't really get what is being asked here, I am not involved with the poliera stuff but am in a few other discords and communities (fighting games) so I want to make clear what the expectation is- are you asking for a specific community member to be removed from a discord before the thread is reinstated? Isn't banning the person from the site enough?

Is there a chance in future that other communities will be locked down until they "clean house" after a ban on the forum?

The problem is the behavior and culture on that discord is so toxic it boiled over and affected not only the site but other sites and even the real world.

We dealt with this same crap from the socialism discord four years ago and we aren't doing that same song and dance again.

We aren't making a huge ask, just that they cut the toxic behavior and harassment. That's literally all.

I'm not on the discord in question nor aware of what has or hasn't happened there.

However if we are made aware that members of ours are engaging in doxxing on any platform they are going to be banned from here whether that target is staff, a member, or not even a ResetEra member. Zero tolerance for people engaging in that.
