You own what the collective you work for owns, in this case this would be computers and pencils and stuff, which is shared property, which means that everyone who is part of that collective is responsible for that shared property, and you can sell what you produce as the collective and share the profits with whatever agreement you have. Not very hard. Co-ops already exist.

Also what about the thing of actual value, the IP of Mickey Mouse? (and I don't just mean the now-public Steamboat Willy version of him!).
Do I own that? Part of that? Can I sell my part of that to someone? After all, being allowed to reproduce his likeness is part of my Means of Production, so I gotta own it in some way right?
And how does the profit-sharing work? Totally equal split for everyone? or based on role, experience and so on? What about loss-sharing? If the company hits hard times do we all have to pay back the losses?
What if I create the next Mickey Mouse level hit? Do I just have to take my equal share of the profits? or do I get a decent payout for creating an IP of such value? How does IP ownership work in this system?

But these questions are already being asked and answered in multiple cooperative companies that already exist... you can email your questions to KO_OP (link) who are a cooperative videogame developer. Watch their GDC talks. I mean your post is basically "how would X that exists in our current model continue to exist in Y model?" which is already curtailing the conversation that is possible here. But we already have companies that exist in that curtailed space.

A quick research and i found Migros that is its country's largest employer. Is that scale enough for you? Scale enough to show that those questions can be answered on a much bigger scale?

It's a customer coop, not a worker coop per se. Two different things. Even though most employees are probably part-owners, they are outnumbered 20 to 1 by customers.

The analysis completely fails to look at real world reasons for countries having leftist groups with influence (all of these are parliamentary!), because it's not concerned with reality.

I think the reality is actually the opposite to what the article is arguing. People that keep talking about "purity tests" tend to be extremely offended that someone they perceive as left has told them once to maybe cut it with the casual racism/sexism a bit.
