I’m 99% sure this person is just trolling and the thread would be better of just not engaging with them. Look at previous comments by them and you’ll see that when they do hop on the thread they usually spam comments and take the conversation in really weird long drawn out tangents. Also, they reported me and had me temporarily banned for pointing out that they were contradicting themselves lol.

If someone thinks I'm a woman, a biological woman, based on my expression, but I say nono you made a mistake, I'm a male by definition since I produce sperm and not eggs, which I can prove.

What happens then, legally? I mean it should be a logical check-mate. I can express myself exactly the way I want with the only caveat that I say that I'm a male. Likewise, how do you prove that someone is jewish if they deny it? It just makes no sense. You can't determine somebody's 'identity', that's literally impossible because the person can always lie. The law seems to be based entirely on generalizations and assumptions, not on facts and evidence. It's really weird how irrational people are. The thing that holds society together is the perception that the system works as intended but it's actually severely broken. You can't legislate abstract notions such as feminine and jewish. These people who are anti-trans are living under the psychosis that female = long hair, light voice, less muscular, etc. but this is merely a generalization, i.e. an assumption, and not a physical, scientific fact.

I don't think the laws are typically based around identity, they say things like "children [of any identity] can't take puberty suppressants" or "males [of any identity] can't wear sexually suggestive things in front of kids"

ambiguity comes if you want to argue the clothes aren't suggestive or cross-dressing, and in that case go ahead, test the law and get it thrown out
