Hello,
I got tired of browsing for video game related content on another site only to be hit with posts from people shilling their cosplay/onlyfans. My neighbor mentioned this site as an alternative so here I am.
So far, this place seems chill so I'm happy.

I've been stable for a few months. I don't *like* maintaining weight. If the scales go in the wrong direction so much as a pound and a half I'm probably going to make some bad choices, but I'm fighting and I'm holding relatively steady in the 140s. I got as low as the 120s, and that was with enough muscle to run a half marathon once a week. I thought I looked good. I look at those photos now and cringe.
For me, I'm leveraging the same 'tools' I used to lose weight to maintain. Basically, weighing myself a lot and constantly doing calculations about calories to make sure I'm eating what I need to eat to stay the same.
I don't think it's sustainable weighing myself four times a day etc but I'm in transition between therapists right now, so I'm telling myself that so long as my numbers are overall where they need to be, that I'm doing okay.
You have to eat enough to stay alive. Only eating when weak isn't going to cut it. Try to figure out what you should be eating every day and stick to it. Even if that means eating the same thing every single day. Meal planning is a great tool.
Having therapy is paramount, so I'm very glad you've got that in place.

Wait so his psychiatrist diagnosed it but gave him no clue as to how to combat it? Even if they didn't give explicit information on how to combat it I'm sure if he asked his psychiatrist he might be able to point him in the right direction. Instead of you know going on the internet and asking some retards on era how to deal with it.
Quote:Yeah, to me, a 2/5 is much more like a 7/10. Both say to me that the game is flawed more than it's not, and that it might still be a worthwhile experience to have, but with some major caveats. Similarly, a 3/5 would be like a 8/10: a game whose strengths outweigh its weaknesses, i.e. a genuinely good game, with some aspects that are less than great. Similarly 4/5 = 9/5 (really great games) and 5/5 = 10/10 (absolutely incredible games).
Almost as if, if you really had to, you could convert games on the 5 point scale to the 10 point scale by adding 5 to the numerator. But in general the 10 point scale is just imo not useful because a) it's too granular, and b) the bottom half of the scale doesn't get used nearly often enough to make any kind of interpretation of those bottom half scores universal across outlets.

Not sure why you are asking, and why you are asking in this way. I don't need to make anything clear to you, but it seem you are winding up for an angry insulting post or response or something to my opinion. Don't. I am not here for insulting discussion over a video game review. I said what I said and the Ubi bias is real.
There are also a few reviews that are very low and have some bigoted opinions, so that really skews the review too.

Probably would take a miracle for this commie idiot to read anything detailing the atrocities commited by the FARC, ELN, Sandinistas of FSLN, and other left wing guerilla groups. Kidnappings and hostage taking, Drug trafficking, massacres, human rights violations, extortion, destroying vital infrastructure, corruption and nepotism and centralizing power into authoritarianism, to say nothing of the extreme economic mismanagement of their retarded marxism philosophy.
