There is something to be said about people of color seeing representation on screen. As a black person myself, I can appreciate seeing black faces in shows and movies. It isn’t a requirement though. Making it a requirement or the only crowning achievement of your project would beget dishonest and lazy filmmaking, as we’ve seen with Ghostbusters and The Marvels. 

Sorry FJvagina28, but I can’t support something just because it is diverse. 

Of course, this points to the problem with Marvel and the MCU and how it has infected their minds: they must relate (however superficial) to what they watch. Even further, it has to represent their morals!

I had very little intentions of watching Inside Out 2, now I have none. I hope queer animators at Pixar can eventually work on something sorta fulfilling, if not find a less anti-LGBTQ+ studio to work for.
