It's this weird reversal of modern gender concepts. We've spend decades talking about how just because some boy likes to watch Sailor Moon he isn't gay and that actually all kids should be able to be able to play with any toy they want, be it a Barbie or a Motortruck. 
And now these people suddenly storm into the room and are trying to mage it vogue to suspect that someone is trans because they like wearing pink shirts or play female videogame characters.

Apparently the jury foreman is still there and they need to give the "true bill" indictment to the sitting federal magistrate judge in their court. The current magistrate judge is hearing other cases at the moment so it wouldn't happen until she's free so it's just a waiting game.
