Reading though the stories and there's a lot of conflicting details.

In the article linked in the OP, Willis said that he went to bed while those three and a fourth guest were still lingering in the house. The fourth guest, in turn, left before the three victims. Said fourth guest insisted he was not the last person to see them alive, implying either someone else was there, or that Willis saw them last, indicating that he did not, in fact, go to bed first.

However, an updated statement from Willis says that the last time he saw the men, they were leaving the house, not lingering around. If this is the case, how did they end up in the backyard? There's also a "fifth friend" (who I'm thinking is the fourth person in the original article) who once again said he left first when Willis and the three victims were still up together watching Jeopardy after midnight, which again would make sense with his insistence that he was not the last person to see them alive.

There's also a dispute with communication. Willis said that he only had a single DM sent to him on Facebook asking about the whereabouts on at least one of the men from the time that he last saw them until the day that the police discovered the bodies, and he missed it. The fourth guest/fifth friend disputes this, saying that he sent Willis a text message about the issue directly to his phone after he was alerted by some of the victims' loved ones.

Yes a company that can produce a full 3D RPG on 2 concurrent platform with a third one shortly after with nearly 200 hours of spoken dialog with performance capture is totally indie.
Hollow Knight made by 3 people, same thing as the small army Larian got.
Xenoblade's Monolith is more indie than Larian.

It has 450 employees total, the AAA companies put like four or five times that many people on the Call of Duties and Ass Creeds every year. CDPR has three times as many employees and few refer to them as AAA.

It's honestly a kind for strange setup thinking about it, because you're right on the accountability aspect. Realistically the only ones who could hold them accountable are the service provider themselves like twitch or youtube, except they very rarely act on anything other than, ironically, copyright claims. Yet even if the service providers were to enact some level of accountability, which they have for some of the worst users, they have an easy out by just running to Kick instead now.

Bit off topic I admit but you kinda just hit the nail on the head for why I've probably been side eyeing a lot of these people for a while, and the accountability is absolutely it. It's virtually non existent and they have an escape route to a site with zero accountability in the absolute worst case scenario. The entire "progressive" (for lack of better term and because they self-describe this way) culture is steeped in ad hoc argumentation with motte-and-baileys, red herrings, non-sequiturs, personal accusations, pride in incoherency and contradictions, weaponizing good faith of others, psychological projection, emotional appeals, etc. It's hard to not see it as anything but narcissism made ideology which is something that can't be rationally defended so they have to rely on these other techniques.
