The thing that really sucks is now that Disney/Marvel Studios has two fairly high profile LGBTQ+ firings that have come out through trades: This showrunner and the much bigger axe that fell on Victoria Alonso.

While they both likely did more than enough to be fired the way they were, I hate that this gives ammo to the anti-woke brigade so very much. Alonso especially hurts, because she was blamed both internally within Disney and externally from VFX studios are a major source of issues and one of the nice things about Marvel Studios leadership was the push towards diversity from pretty early on.

Hope the devs reach out, they probably should have been more aware if they knew Zoey was trans and asked if that was okay or they where being inclusive and just didn't think.
